Admission Steps at the Institute

1. Initial Registration

• The institute accepts students who have obtained the 2025 preparatory school certificate.

• All applicants must fill out their data online through the following link:🔗 Online Registration Form
  (The link will also be available on the school website and official Facebook page once registration opens.)

• Registration will be open from Thursday, May 15, 2025, until Monday, June 9, 2025.
  The form will not be activated before this date.
  Any applicant who does not complete the online form within the specified time will not be considered.

• Submitting the online form does not constitute final admission.

• The guardian is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. If any discrepancies are found, the student will be automatically disqualified.

• Please make sure the email address and phone numbers used in the registration form are correct, as all communications, notifications, and instructions will be sent through them.

2. Signing the Application Form at the Institute

• The institute will send a message to the guardian via email or WhatsApp with the date and time to attend in person to sign the application form.

• The guardian will be required to:

  • Confirm the accuracy of the submitted data.

  • Sign the form.

  • Confirm the student’s participation in the aptitude test.

• This must be done between June 11 and June 12, 2025.

• For everyone’s safety, please strictly adhere to the assigned appointment and follow the health and safety procedures.
  Failure to attend on time will result in disqualification without exceptions.

3. Passing the Institute’s Aptitude Test

• The aptitude test consists of:

  • IQ questions

  • Mathematics

  • English Language

  • A personal interview with the student

• The exact test date will be given during the form signing appointment.

• The test will be conducted at the institute. Students must bring:

  • A health insurance card, or

  • Any ID card with the student’s photo

• The test will take place between June 21 and June 24, 2025.

4. Passing the Preparatory Summer Course

• The preparatory course consists of approximately 125 hours, covering:

  • An intensive Italian language program starting from the basics

  • Mathematics taught in Italian

• Students who pass the aptitude test will receive a message (via WhatsApp or email) with details about payment dates for the summer course, which will be between June 28 and June 30, 2025.

• Students who successfully complete the course will receive an official acceptance message from the institute via email or text message.

• Failure to receive communication from the institute means the student has not been accepted, and the institute is not obligated to provide reasons for rejection.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• We strongly advise applying to other schools simultaneously, as initial registration does not guarantee admission.

• No official documents are required at the initial registration stage.
