MGS Egypt 2025 Gathering – “Live the Hope”
Under the theme “Live the Hope”, the Don Bosco Youth from El Sahel gathered with youth from the various Salesian houses in Egypt (Zaytoun, Alexandria, Minya, and Assiut) at Beit Anya in Upper Egypt (Assiut) from March 29th to April 1st, in an atmosphere full of love, cooperation, and vibrant activity.
The gathering included a variety of engaging activities and inspiring themes such as:
🔹 Prayers and meditations
🔹 Discussion groups
🔹 Games and energizers
🔹 Theater performances
The topics centered around:
✨ How to live with hope and embrace the missionary spirit
✨ How to face challenges and deal with them with strength and faith
We also had the opportunity to visit two significant holy sites:
🕊️ The Monastery of the Virgin Mary at Gebel El-Teir in Minya
🕊️ The Monastery of the Virgin Mary in Deir Dronka, Assiut
“Live the Hope” was not just a slogan – it was a lived experience that touched every participant, guiding us toward a future filled with hope, service, and joy.
