This year we are preparing to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Don Bosco Institute, a special occasion that reflects a long history of education, service, and the formation of generations.
The centenary celebrations have been divided into three main phases:
1️⃣ Preparation Phase for the Centenary
This phase begins in January 2026 and continues until November 3, 2026.
It includes a variety of activities and celebrations within Don Bosco across all its departments, such as:
• Oratory
• Training Courses
• The Technical and Industrial Secondary Institute
It will also include collaboration and joint activities with external organizations and institutions.
2️⃣ Official Opening of the Centenary
The celebrations will officially begin on November 4, 2026, with the presence of the Rector Major of the Salesians worldwide, Fr. Fabio Attard, in a special ceremony marking the start of the centenary year.
3️⃣ The Centenary Year
This phase extends from December 2026 until November 2027, forming a full year of events and activities celebrating the history of Don Bosco and the mission of St. John Bosco in education and youth formation.
