Course admission requirements:
- Desire to learn and develop.
Course description:
The Salesian Institute offers this program on the types and methods of winding 2-phase motors of small or large capacities, single speed or multi-speed.
After the end of the course, the trainee can identify the engine data and re-roll again if it is burnt, or determine the cause of the failure to rotate if the engine coils are intact.
The program is presented in the form of lessons divided into units that encourage participants to interact. The training program also includes real-world case studies to show how problems develop with advances in technology.
We welcome questions throughout the training program and during breaks.
Topics covered during the course:
- Identification of the components and parts of the engine and its rotation theory.
- Explain the basic laws of motor winding in the first way (overlapping winding) and how to draw circuits for this method
- Explanation of the division of 2-pole motors for the same method and the difference between it and the rest of the poles.
- Explanation of engine data registration and methods of decoding files from engines and types of Brisbane.
- Explanation of the internal communication laws for files.
- Explanation of the external connection of the delta motor and the special measurements
- Explanation of the circuits for the second two-wing winding method (Krona) and their laws.
- Explanation of the circuits of the third winding method (two sides in Hungarian) and their laws.
- An idea about transformers and 2-phase loom machines.
Who is this course for:
To all those wishing to develop their business in the maintenance of motors and to those who wish to join this renewed field.
To those wishing to renew their activity or field of work.
Course dates:
The course is held three times a week, two hours per lecture.
The total number of training hours is 90hours.
Scoring method:
– 5% of behavior during the session.
– 5% of attendance and tardiness
– 20% of practical exercises.

Very important note:
“In case of a failure in the course, you do not have the right to obtain a certificate from the institute, bearing in mind that if you pass the exams, you will obtain a certificate approved by the institute and the Italian embassy, and it will be ratified by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and you can work with it outside the Arab Republic of Egypt. With our wishes for success and success for all… “
