Course description:
The Salesian Institute offers this program on dismantling, installing and maintaining washing machines, and getting acquainted with the details of the parts of washing machines that operate with mechanical times, their electrical circuits and their malfunctions.
-After the end of the course, the trainee can identify the malfunction and thus fix it regardless of the brand of the washing machine. He can also make adjustments or add non-existent jobs.
The program is presented in the form of lessons divided into units that encourage participants to interact. The training program also includes real-world case studies to show how problems develop with advances in technology.
We welcome questions throughout the training program and during breaks.
Topics covered during the course:
A general explanation of washing machine works and some parts tested on the open model.
Completely disassemble the washing machine, its electrical and mechanical parts.
Identify the differences in the jaw and installation of different models of washing machines.
Explanation of the normal washing machine motor, two speeds, 5 terminals – 6 terminals – 7 terminals of the capacitor, and how to test it
Explanation of a motor of the type with carbon brushes 6, 7, 8 or 9 parties and how to test it outside the washing machine circuit.
Explaination on how to make an anonymous timer graph and how to design.

Course dates:
The course is held three times a week, two hours per lecture.
The total number of training hours is 60hours.
Scoring method:
– 5% of behavior during the session.
– 5% of attendance and tardiness
– 20% of practical exercises.
– 20% mid-cycle exam.
– 50% of the final exam for the course.
Lowest passing score (60%)
