The Salesian Don Bosco Institute is honored to cooperate with the Ministry of Labor in opening an Employment Fair for young graduates of technical institutes and colleges. The fair provides job opportunities in 17 different companies specializing in various fields such as refrigeration and air conditioning, electrical maintenance, mechanics, health and safety, automobile quality, contracting, chemicals, fertilizers, and welding.
The job fair commenced with opening speeches for the participants. Dr. Heba Ahmed, the General Manager of the Administration of Employment at the Ministry of Labor, delivered a speech on behalf of Minister Hassan Shehata. She warmly welcomed the participants and emphasized the significance of organizing such fairs that offer more job opportunities to young individuals, thereby contributing to the reduction of the unemployment rate.
Father Pedro Garcia, the Director of the Salesian Don Bosco Institute in Cairo, expressed his delight in the fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Labor. He emphasized that employment fairs play a crucial role in assisting young people in finding job opportunities that align with their capabilities. Additionally, he highlighted that these fairs also benefit companies by connecting them with skilled technicians and engineers to fulfill their labor requirements.
