“Hello, hi there… What’s your name?
My name is Bartolomeo
Don Bosco: What is your talent?
Bartolomeo: I have none and I can’t do anything!
Don Bosco: Can you whistle?
Bartolomeo: Sure!
Don Bosco: You are good, let’s whistle together.
This dialogue took place 180 years ago, and that is considered to be the beginning of “The Oratory” and this day has become a memorial celebrated in all the Salesian houses in the world.
We were impressed by the performance of the students, seeing among them musicians, singers and actors and some of them present digital art exhibitions. The students were wonderfully creative with their talents, and everyone appreciated their efforts. Many the past pupils attended the celebration, as they are an integral part of the Salesian family.
The celebration was filled with love, joy, and happiness.
